Calling for Payment System integration and Digital Banking end to end solution delivery experience for Sr. Business analyst roles.
It’s an exciting time to be a Senior Business Analyst at People First Bank! Our team of Business Analysts are at the forefront of shaping the creation of a new bank by working on exciting and complex projects.
We are now offering a unique opportunity for an outcome-driven Senior Business Analyst with strong technical experience across the Payments System integration & Compliance projects, Financial Crimes working in a cross-functional team to deliver digital banking solutions and supporting problem solving activities that promote customer centric intuitive solutions. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to provide end-to-end ownership of requirements and user stories whilst coordinating and supporting problem solving activities that promote customer centric intuitive solutions. You will work collaboratively with business representatives, delivery lead, product owners, and technology leads to add value and drive outcomes across the business. Furthermore, as a Business Analyst, you will actively contribute to the Community of Practice maturity across the team, helping to shape best practices and guide team members.

About you
You are a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience delivering payments related initiatives. Adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions through effective stakeholder engagement, structured analysis and a collaborative approach. You enjoy guiding and sharing knowledge with others and work well with a large team to achieve great outcomes for our customers.
To be successful in the role, you must have the following skills:
A seasoned BA with 8+ experience in all facets of business analysis.
Strong knowledge of digital banking products and services, such as onboarding, account origination, payments, lending and digital channels
Strong confidence in leading payments and cards solution, technical experience to derive requirements from frontend digital banking solutions to backend systems including payment orchestration layer APIs (e.g. payment gateways, processors, acquirers)
Applying your knowledge of Australian banking regulations to satisfy our regulatory obligations within Australian Payments, Cards and Fraud compliance including payment and card scheme requirements
The ability to break down complex problems and identify solutions
Understanding of API's and experience in creating high level solution designs
Experience with the Backbase Digital Banking Platform is highly regarded.
In-depth understanding of IT Risk frameworks.
