As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll work on a pivotal federal program, collaborating with top engineers to shape infrastructure, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud environments. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional DevOps team to build and enforce DevOps best practices within the federal space.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments across AWS and Azure (including ECS, S3, RDS, and Lambda).
  • Monitor performance using DataDog (including migration from Dynatrace) and ensure operational reliability.
  • Support Docker containerization and troubleshoot container-related issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support collaborative software development processes.
  • Contribute to documentation and tooling to streamline engineering workflows.
  • (Nice to have) Assist with security frameworks and the ATO (Authority to Operate) process.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Proven proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud services, especially managing serverless and container-based environments.
  • Experience with Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring tools like DataDog.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborative development teams.
  • Ability to obtain low-level federal security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
