JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Director Oracle Cloud PLM Practice Leader & Solution Architect at Argano is a seasoned consulting professional responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and delivery execution of Argano’s Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practice. This individual combines deep Oracle Cloud solution knowledge with strong practice development experience, including revenue oversight, business development, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing consulting engagements, selling PLM services to enterprise clients, mentoring delivery teams, and representing their firm in executive-level and industry-facing settings. A successful candidate will bring a client-first mindset, the ability to scale a high-performing consulting organization, and the technical acumen to lead Oracle Cloud PLM engagements across industries such as high-tech, life sciences, consumer products, and manufacturing.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Practice Leadership and Development

  • Lead the Oracle Cloud PLM practice with accountability for strategic direction, revenue growth, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive business development efforts in collaboration with Sales and Alliances teams, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, and contracting.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and thought leadership focused on Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
  • Own practice-level forecasting, staffing, and utilization planning aligned to business performance goals.
  • Present Argano capabilities and client solutions to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Supply Chain/Product Development.
  • Represent Argano at industry events, Oracle conferences, and ecosystem forums as a subject matter expert and thought leader.

Client Engagement and Delivery Oversight

  • Lead and guide strategic Oracle Cloud PLM transformation programs across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner with client business and IT leaders to shape PLM strategies that align with broader digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution, adherence to scope and timelines, and alignment to business outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point and executive sponsor for key PLM accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Argano teams (e.g., SCM, Finance, Integration, Infrastructure) to deliver integrated solutions.

Team and Capability Building

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of PLM consultants and solution architects.
  • Support the growth of internal capabilities, delivery methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Create a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable culture across the PLM practice.
  • Facilitate training and development aligned to Oracle Cloud PLM product roadmap and industry trends.

 

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of Oracle PLM experience, with a minimum of 3+ years leading Oracle Cloud PLM engagements.
  • Experience in a senior-level consulting role with responsibility for practice growth, revenue performance, and business development.
  • Proven success delivering Oracle Cloud PLM solutions in verticals such as high-tech, life sciences, consumer products, or manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, lead executive presentations, and close consulting engagements.
  • Experience guiding clients through business process improvement, digital transformation, and cloud adoption.
  • Understanding of professional services revenue models, consulting engagement structures, and delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud PLM products, including Product Development, PDH, Innovation Management, Quality, and Project Management.
  • Experience working with Oracle PaaS and integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud and Web Services (SOAP & REST).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
