The Opportunity:

The Senior Director, Project Management serves as a Program Director for Client Integrations, providing enterprise leadership over complex, multi‑client integration programs that span Operations, Technology, and Revenue Cycle functions.

This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of client integration initiatives, ensuring new clients and acquired entities are successfully onboarded, stabilized, and operationalized through disciplined project management, strong governance, and deep Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise.

The Sr Director partners closely with executive leaders, client delivery teams, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive predictable outcomes, mitigate risk, and ensure integrations are executed in alignment with enterprise standards, contractual commitments, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership – Client Integrations

  • Lead large‑scale, multi‑client integration programs from intake through execution, stabilization, and transition to operations.
  • Provide executive oversight across scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk management for concurrent integration initiatives.
  • Ensure integrations align with enterprise governance, delivery standards, and client commitments.

Client Integration Delivery

  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for client onboarding, system integrations, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Client Delivery, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure seamless coordination across workstreams.
  • Proactively identify integration risks and drive mitigation strategies to protect client experience and financial performance.

Revenue Cycle Expertise

  • Apply end‑to‑end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise to guide integration strategy and execution across front‑end, mid‑cycle, and back‑end functions.
  • Ensure revenue cycle workflows, controls, and performance metrics are fully operational post‑integration.
  • Support scalable integration approaches that balance speed, quality, and compliance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and mentor program directors, project managers, and integration leaders assigned to client initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and client-facing discussions as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on integration strategy, capacity, and delivery performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Project / Program Management, preferably within healthcare or complex services organizations.
  • Strong end‑to‑end (E2E) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise required.
  • Proven experience leading client integrations, large-scale implementations, or complex operational programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and lead cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare services, revenue cycle outsourcing, or client delivery environments.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client integrations in a high-growth or acquisitive environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise PMO / EPM governance models.

Compensation & Benefits

This postion pays between:

$180,000 – $225,000 base salary
