About the role:

As an ERP Senior Consultant – Finance, you will join our Finance IT team to shape and evolve our enterprise ERP landscape, helping deliver scalable solutions that support critical business processes across Europe. This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic influence, taking ownership of complex initiatives while mentoring colleagues and driving the future of our Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

About the tech stack:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, ERP Solution Architecture, ERP Integrations, Enterprise Data Models, Finance ERP Modules, End-to-End Data Flows, Microsoft ERP Ecosystem.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems.
• Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best-fit solutions.
• Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best-practice ERP solutions.

About you:

• You bring 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT, with deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments.
• You have strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, including enterprise integrations and solution architecture.
• You enjoy combining technical leadership with business understanding, helping shape scalable ERP solutions that support long-term business goals.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy sharing your knowledge while working closely with colleagues across different teams.
