Our client, an established and growing organization specializing in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Recruiter to join its expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offers and successful placements.
  • Recruit P&C insurance professionals across Claims, Underwriting, Risk Management, and other specialized areas.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and a consistent pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring priorities and deliver highly qualified candidates.
  • Lead offer negotiations, overcome objections, and successfully close placements.
  • Manage multiple active searches while consistently meeting and exceeding recruiting and production goals.
 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of insurance recruiting experience required, with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates, building relationships, and closing placements.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement goals.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, with recruiters currently earning $200,000–$350,000+ annually, depending on experience and performance.
