What We're Looking For:
Beam Benefits is focused on driving profitable growth and optimizing our insurance
business for long-term success. We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior
Pricing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for
developing, evaluating, and optimizing pricing strategies, deal management policies &
processes, and having day-to-day deal decision authority to ensure profitability and
competitiveness in the insurance market. You will work closely with actuarial, revenue,
customer success, and product development teams to drive data-driven decision-making
and support strategic initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Insurance Pricing professional who can
blend strategic, and pragmatic, thinking with a sound understanding of the employee
benefit insurance industry to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.
