Description


Think Company operates in the United States as a remote-first company, with potential for as-needed travel associated with client needs. As such, please consider this a remote (work-from-home) position. Please note that Thinkers are expected to live in the United States and operate within Eastern Standard Time Zone business hours.


This position is a 100% staffing role, meaning the selected candidate will be fully embedded within a client organization rather than working on Think Company studio projects or teams. The  individual will report directly to a manager at the client organization and will be managed day-to-day within the client’s structure. While they will have access to Think Company resources, benefits, and community support, they may not work directly with other Think Company employees during the engagement.

Annual Base Salary: $85K to $110K


We are seeking a Senior UX Producer to join our client team at Think Company.


This role supports a long-term staffing engagement with one of our strategic client partners.. The Senior UX Producer will enable cross-cutting customer experience (CX) initiatives and operational improvements that strengthen UX delivery, enhance tooling and systems, and drive improved CX outcomes.


The ideal candidate will be PMP certified with a proven track record in UX operations, product development, and delivery. This role requires an experienced project leader who can collaborate across business, design, and technology teams to ensure timely and effective execution of high-impact UX priorities.

What you’d do

  • Lead and coordinate UX discovery and delivery workstreams to accelerate the success of cross-functional initiatives
  • Partner with UX and business leaders to define priorities, establish clear goals, and drive alignment across teams
  • Facilitate UX initiation, planning, implementation, and closure activities—helping teams plan quarterly work, set sprint goals, and manage UX epics and tickets
  • Develop and maintain an integrated UX dependency map to communicate outcomes, timing, and resource risks, providing proactive mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on UX workstream progress, ensuring transparency around milestones, risks, and resource allocation
  • Partner with leadership to integrate UX and CX metrics that measure the impact and effectiveness of design initiatives
  • Create quarterly communications and reports to highlight UX and CX impact across the organization
  • Develop consolidated views of UX priorities through workflow and reporting tools to inform trade-offs and resource planning
  • Assess UX capacity using team and JIRA data, providing recommendations for resource optimization and scalability
  • Explore and implement innovative methods to accelerate client outcomes, including lean approaches, AI-assisted workflows, and process improvements
  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the UX Producer discipline by documenting and sharing best practices, templates, and standards

What you bring

  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional) required
  • Proven experience in UX operations, product development, and project delivery within digital product environments
  • Strong understanding of UX and CX practices, and how operational excellence enables design and research at scale
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and facilitation skills with an ability to manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging workflow and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, visualization platforms) to track work and communicate progress
  • Ability to synthesize data, identify dependencies, and anticipate risks to ensure smooth UX delivery
  • A strategic mindset with attention to detail, focused on driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
