We are a remote-first company based in Philadelphia, PA, with occasional travel for client needs. Thinkers work within Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Think Company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about designing thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll drive the creation of elegant, intuitive solutions for our clients’ products, turning complex ideas into polished interfaces that balance business objectives with user needs.
As part of a consultancy, you’ll partner with clients across industries to tackle diverse business and user challenges. From startups scaling their first product to Fortune 50 companies reimagining enterprise platforms, you’ll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise to every engagement.
You’ll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams—researchers, developers, product managers, and strategists—to guide projects from discovery through delivery. Along the way, you’ll consult directly with stakeholders, shaping product direction and ensuring decisions are backed by evidence and best practices.
If you love solving problems through an intensely collaborative design process with clients and colleagues—and can communicate those ideas clearly—you may be our ideal candidate. Applicants should have a firm grounding in interaction design principles, a portfolio showcasing the ability to design for complex systems, and a natural curiosity about shaping our connected world.
We work in the digital product space, so we are not looking for experts in industrial product design.

- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, communicating design decisions and rationale clearly
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in product design
What you bring:
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products or complex systems across multiple platforms (including mobile)
- A portfolio showing strong UX and UI design skills, with work spanning multiple clients or industries
- Proven ability to create, extend, and maintain design systems
- Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with front-end development concepts
- A consultative mindset: comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders and making recommendations backed by evidence
- Strong communication skills: you can explain design decisions to clients and teammates with clarity and confidence
- Experience working within collaborative, cross-functional teams including researchers and content strategists
- A clear understanding of accessibility principles and a desire to design inclusive products
- Experience or strong interest in designing for AI-driven products or leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process and user experience
Bonus points:
- Familiarity with UX research methods like usability testing, comparative analysis, and persona development
- Experience working in agency or consultancy environments, managing multiple projects and clients
