As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and content for FICO’s AI offerings including our platform capabilities and cutting-edge innovations. This is a highly visible role where you’ll translate technical depth into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executives, practitioners, and partners alike. 

You’ll work closely with Product Management, Sales, Enablement, and the broader marketing team to build differentiated positioning, craft customer-ready content, and ensure our sales teams are fully equipped to win.

What You’ll Contribute

  • Product Positioning and Messaging.

  • Develop sharp, differentiated messaging for FICO AI solutions tailored to C-level, business, and technical buyers. 

  • Partner with sales and field marketing to uncover gaps, customer pain points, and opportunities for growth. 

  • Align closely with product, research, and competitive intelligence teams to define and communicate what makes FICO AI unique. 

  • Content Creation.

  • Build high-quality content across formats: whitepapers, case studies, datasheets, demos, technical decks, and webinars. 

  • Translate advanced AI concepts into narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging collateral that elevates our brand. 

  • Sales Enablement.

  • Equip the sales organization with tools, guides, and training that drive confidence and effectiveness. 

  • Lead enablement sessions on product capabilities, competitive positioning, and objection handling. 

  • Develop repeatable frameworks that scale knowledge across global teams. 

  • Product Launches.

  • Own the GTM execution for new AI capabilities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. 

  • Deliver launch strategies, messaging, and campaign content that drive adoption and revenue impact. 

  • Analyze launch performance and use feedback to continually improve. 

  • Core Traits.

What We’re Seeking 

  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, GenAI). 

  • Background in product marketing, product management, sales engineering, UX, technical writing, or a related role. 

  • BA/BS degree (Master’s a plus) or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. 

  • Direct experience marketing AI solutions in a B2B SaaS context. 

  • Technical degree or prior technical role. 

  • Examples of customer-facing content that drove impact in complex systems. 

  • A compelling story of influencing change through emerging technology.
