Your mission
We are a growing company developing a B2B cloud-based solution that helps our customers track their assets and optimize logistics processes. As a Senior React Developer, you will play a key role in driving our frontend development — both hands-on and by coordinating external development partners on a technical level.
You’ll shape the architecture and direction of our React-based web applications, act as a technical point of contact for outsourced development teams, and ensure that all deliverables meet our standards in quality, performance, and maintainability.
This is a full-time, remote-first position, with occasional team gatherings at our office near Munich. So, a permanent residency in Germany, which makes it easy to join in person from time to time, is highly beneficial.

Experienced & Strategic
- 5+ years of professional experience in software or frontend development.
- Proven success in leading or coordinating distributed development teams or external agencies.
- Strong grasp of architectural patterns, scalable React applications, and cloud-based systems.
React & TypeScript Expert
- Mastery of React 18 (Hooks, SSR), TypeScript, and modern front-end build systems.
- Strong sense for clean, maintainable code and high UX standards.
Leadership & Communication
- Confident communicating technical requirements and decisions to both internal and external developers.
- Skilled in assessing time/effort estimates and validating implementation quality.
- Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Technical Environment
- React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite
- AWS, Docker, REST APIs
- Code review & testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright)
Language & Work Setup
- Fluent in English (German is a big plus)
- German residency or permanent German work permit required
- Ideally a permanent residency in Germany
