Role Overview:

Responsible for supporting the APJ Sales Theater & ASIA region. You will be the Go-To specialist for bookings, forecasting, pipeline related analysis. In supporting the sales organization, you will also be a key participant in weekly sales operating cadence, be in the driver seat to guide and ensure that Sales teams are following the process with rigor.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supports sales teams with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Drive the sales teams according to the Sales Operating Cadence.

  • Have a seat around the table alongside the Regional Leader as his / her 2IC, driving sales result & overall growth of the business.

  • Curious, hungry, contribute fresh ideas & collaborative. Willing to challenge status quo in striving for improvement & success.

  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and manage the global workflow within the CRM (Salesforce). Identify bottlenecks and automate manual tasks to improve team efficiency.

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain the "source of truth". Build and manage dashboards to track success metrics.

  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze data to identify risk & opportunities. Provide leadership with actionable recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Functional Stakeholders on sales cadence, activities / initiatives for Sales results.

  • Tool Management: Serve as a power user for all reporting platforms, ensuring integrations between systems are functional and optimized.

  • Forecast Accuracy: Reducing the variance between projected and actual sales.

  • This role will be a hybrid role based out of our Singapore office with an expectation of working in office 2-3 days per week.
