Compensation: $190K–$240K + generous pre-IPO equity

The Role

As a Senior / Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will:

• Build new products and features from concept to launch.

• Take full ownership of projects, delivering modular, maintainable, high-quality code.

• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to shape product direction.

• Mentor junior engineers and help grow a high-performing engineering team.

• Contribute to improving engineering culture and participate in hiring.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years building applications, ideally at reputable startups or as a founding/founding engineer.

• Experience scaling frontend stacks (React, Next.js) and/or backend stacks (Node.js, MongoDB, AWS).

• Demonstrated sense of ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills:

• Strong TypeScript experience.

• Fullstack experience with modern web frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

• High standards for code quality, testing, and design.

Soft Skills:

• Customer empathy and a passion for supporting end users.

• Strong ownership, drive, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
