Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will join our Product Data Exchange (PDX) team – a dynamic environment with multiple applications and a strong focus on innovation. You will be a key player in shaping the product experiences for our global enterprise customers. 
 

The Role 

You will join our Product Data Exchange (PDX) team, where you will form a strong partnership with another Senior Designer. Together, you will be responsible for the UX and design of the PDX product portfolio, working in close collaboration with Product Managers and developers. 

In addition to your work in PDX, you will be a key player in our broader UX team. Here, you will collaborate with other designers to shape not just the PDX product portfolio, but our shared design culture, processes, and unified design system. 
 

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to: 

• Drive the end-to-end design process, from initial concepts and user flows to high-fidelity, production-ready designs in Figma. 

• Conducting usability testing and translating user insights into intuitive workflows. 

• Writing clear and effective UX copy for your designs. 

• Help us structure and streamline our design delivery process within our Jira/Epic workflow to ensure clarity and predictability for all stakeholders. 

• Collaborate with PMs and developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement, where we revisit and enhance features based on user feedback. 

• Ensuring your designs are robust and accessible, meeting WCAG standards as a key driver for your design decisions. 

• Contribute to and consume from our emerging unified design system, championing consistency and scalability across all products. 
   

Your Profile 

We are looking for a designer who values structure, collaboration, and pragmatism. You are someone who designs with a mindset for long-term, long-lasting impact, creating solutions that are not just visually appealing, but also robust, maintainable, and scalable. 

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX or Product Designer, preferably working on complex B2B enterprise applications or large-scale SaaS products. 

• Deep, practical experience with Figma, including libraries, variants, and component-based design. 

• Proven experience with design systems. You understand what it takes to both build and use a system to drive consistency and efficiency. 

• A solid understanding of accessibility (A11Y) and experience designing products that comply with modern standards and regulations (such as WCAG). 

• Professional experience driving the full design process, from product discovery and validating new concepts to designing for a product-led growth mindset that drives user adoption. 

• A technical mindset. Experience with front-end development is a significant plus. 

• A strong interest in how AI can enhance design workflows, from documentation to idea generation, is highly welcomed.
