Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Practice Director to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will serve as the technical lead for projects, ensuring every solution is built for long-term success and aligned with best practices.

You will partner with Sales to accurately scope new opportunities, guide clients through architectural decisions, and support delivery teams in execution. You will also mentor consultants, review technical work, and help elevate the overall quality of our solutions and delivery approach.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to blend technical leadership, client partnership, and mentorship in a high-trust, high-impact environment.

You are part strategist, part problem-solver, and part mentor. You thrive on designing elegant solutions to complex business challenges. You have enough experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to see patterns, identify risks early, and understand what great looks like. You can translate between executives, end users, and developers without losing clarity.

You care deeply about getting it right. You balance technical excellence with business practicality. You enjoy collaborating with others, raising the bar on quality, and helping clients and consultants alike see what’s possible. You bring confidence, curiosity, and clarity to every conversation.

Our Salesforce + MuleSoft team helps global brands design and deliver connected, data-driven experiences that drive enterprise-wide transformation. As a Salesforce Partner and trusted MuleSoft advisor, we combine strategic guidance, industry accelerators, and AI-powered solutions across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and more—helping clients unlock the full potential of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Salesforce architecture solutions for projects that involve primarily Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

  • Working with the Sales team to accurately scope new projects for new and existing customers. Describe the art of the possible, if you will.

  • Building deep relationships with customers, knowing their business better than they do, and leading them as a “sherpa” or “trusted advisor” through the Salesforce ecosystem. When necessary, feel comfortable having hard conversations.

  • Being the technical lead on the project and designing the overall solution. That’ll include identifying risks and communicating early and often. It also means fully understanding and following the process so you can lead by example and support our consultant’s growth.

  • Being the technology expert in the room. That means deploying best practices to create technology with the right data model and architecture. You’re also consciously trying to grow your expertise and fill potential knowledge gaps.

  • You will need to assist consultants in QA'ing User Stories, guiding their work, and ultimately owning the project's success.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem with at least two full years in a Solution Architect position

  • Experience working as part of/leading a project team

  • Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Certification required

  • Experience delivering Experiences/Communities on the Community Cloud platform and Service Cloud experience

  • Experience managing a team (both technical aspects of a project and career advancement)
