Our community (the HOLY Squad) is the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Lead to define our global social strategy and orchestrate execution across markets — turning Social Media + Community into a true emotional touchpoint where brand love is created.
You’ll lead the DACH Community Team and have a strong dotted-line to our international Community Managers. As we grow, you’ll also manage additional Social Media team members, such as a future Social Media Manager. You’ll report directly to MC (CMO).
Responsibilities:
Make Social Media & Community a global system — not a channel
- Own and evolve the global content & campaign calendar across markets, ensuring tight alignment with Brand, Campaigns and Performance.
- Orchestrate our cross-functional content ecosystem (Campaign Content, Community Content, etc.).
- Build clarity and structure: define processes, roles, rituals, and tooling so we can execute fast without chaos.
- Co-create the global social & community strategy with the leadership team and translate it into executable plans by geography.
- Translate community signals (comments, DMs, groups) and performance metrics into insights & concrete actions.
Turn insights into great creative output
- Spot trends early and turn them into relevant, fast, community-first content in the HOLY tone.
- Ensure strong creative strategy and storytelling across formats (TikTok, Reels, Stories, statics).
- Create and own clear briefings for planned and reactive formats in collaboration with video/design/copy and market teams.
- Bring teams together as the “umbrella” — highly interdisciplinary and cross-functional — so ideas move from concept to execution smoothly.
