I'm assisting a well-funded startup creating an HR and payroll platform focused on the construction industry with their search for a remote software engineer. They're headquartered in SF but open to remote candidates from anywhere in the US.
What you'll do:

Scope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-end

Design and implement new processes and systems enhancing our entire engineering organization’s productivity

Be involved and provide input in product and strategic decision-making
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS company
- Experience in fast-paced startup environment; thrives in ambiguity and enjoys making decisions independently
- Experience implementing user feedback, strong product/user orientation
- Takes a modular approach to building infrastructure and services
- Experience designing frontend UIs and backend APIs
- Experience leading development of large and complex technical products
