As a Senior Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Product, Technology, and Marketing organizations by identifying and attracting top talent. You’ll be a strategic partner to hiring leaders, ensuring we deliver an exceptional candidate experience while advancing the growth of our teams.

For this Senior Recruiter role, we are seeking a teammate with proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder partnership to help advance our high-growth hiring goals. Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to top candidates. 
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. 
  • Conduct proactive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent. 
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring teams, and external recruitment partners to optimize hiring workflows and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track candidate progress and generate meaningful reports for leadership. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.  

 

Requirements:

 

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on Product, Technology, or Marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and advanced Boolean searches.
  • Experience utilizing data and analytics to inform recruiting decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and fostering a positive employer brand.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

 

Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $104,100 - $ 138,800. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
