Our client is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sr Sales Executive with 7+ years of staffing experience to join our client's fully remote national sales team. This role is a pure hunter position focused on new client acquisition, expanding our client's innovative Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire), Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new Enterprise (Fortune 1000) and Mid-Market clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years proven success selling professional staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated track record in new client acquisition and business development.
  • Experience with MSP, RPO, or VMS sales is a plus.
  • Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP leaders).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry conferences.
  • Must reside in the US.
