Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technology, digital, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes from initial hiring-manager briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
  • Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and headhunting, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.

  • Excellent offer negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology, with experience maintaining accurate candidate and pipeline data.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate difficult-to-fill roles, changing priorities, and complex hiring challenges.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable, with an interest in evolving sourcing techniques, recruitment technology, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, international, and flexible environment.

Benefits:

  • Six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
  • Fully remote and flexible working, designed to support work-life balance and individual needs.
  • Annual company bonus, with employees eligible to share in company profits based on overall performance.
  • Remote working allowance of up to €1,250 equivalent in GBP every two years to support the setup of a comfortable and productive home workspace, in addition to essential equipment provided at joining.
