Company Information
Navigator Recruiting client is a Denver-based progressive 12-employee CPA firm specializing in tax advising for small business that file as S Corps. All employees work remotely 100% of the time. This client offers a "high touch" service, where the Tax Advisor meets with clients virtually at least once per quarter. This is a fully remote tax preparation role focusing soley on tax return preparation of S Corp returns and advising. Clients are in all 50 states. It does not matter where the Tax Advisor lives, as long as the hired individual has a good internet connection. Ideally, the chosen Tax Advisor would work full-time (40 hours/week in the non-busy season and 50-60 hours/week in the busy season), however, this firm has several successful Tax Advisors who work part-time (20-30 hours/week in the non-busy season and 35-50 hours/week in the busy season) and the firm can also hire someone who prefers part-time work. This firm has experienced tremendous growth in it's four years of existence and the firm continues to grow, with plans to hire at least one Tax Advisor in each state. There are opportunities to continue to advance to become a Tax Director (supervising/reviewing the returns of a few Tax Advisors). The Founder and Partner worked for a Big 4 firm and an accounting/software consulting firm before starting this firm. The Partner has created tools and automation software which enhance the Tax Advisor's abaility to provide better support for clients, ultimately making the Tax Advisor's job easier and allowing the Tax Advisor to handle more clients...and in turn earn more money. Benefits include paid time off, employee discounts, an employee stock ownership plan, a lot of flexibility and opportunities for advancement. Health insurance is currently not offered, though this could change soon.
