NI Emerson enables fast and cost-effective design, validation, and test of innovative semiconductor, wireless prototyping, and electronics as a best-in-class test and measurement company. Within Product R&D, we have a Project Management Office (PMO) that oversees new product development for complex wireless communication, RF, mixed signal, and measurement test systems.
To accelerate our Test & Measurement growth, PMO is looking for Director, Program Management to lead multiple product development teams across the world. The role requires exceptional leadership to lead a team of senior engineers while coordinating across Delivery Leads, and Project Managers in Product R&D. The primary focus will be to establish project management rigor in product R&D for world class new product development execution that delight the customers.
When business needs arise, the program manager will also need to execute large programs of high complexity that impact multiple product lines. The program manager will be responsible for taking a product from Concept to Manufacturing Release by working closely with cross-functional partners (marketing, sales, and manufacturing) throughout the world.
