Vice President of Sales – West Region (SaaS, Software & Payment Processing)
Must be located in Pacific or Mountain time to manage a team in the Western Region of the U.S.

As Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth across the West region of the United States. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you’ll oversee a team of Directors and help them elevate the performance of our Sales Professionals. You’ll also spearhead the development of training initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure North consistently exceeds its monthly revenue goals.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of Directors across your assigned region (West), setting clear performance standards and driving accountability to exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the SVP of Sales to create and execute strategic plans that strengthen North’s presence in key markets and industries.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs to equip Sales Professionals with the skills and strategies they need to succeed.
Serve as a key partner to the SVP of Sales in refining processes, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment across all go-to-market teams.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring North is positioned as the go-to partner for merchants.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team—leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
Other duties as needed as we continue to grow and evolve!
What this role is not:
This is not a leadership role where you sit back and simply watch the sales roll in. At North, we expect our Vice Presidents to roll up their sleeves and actively recruit, build, coach, and support their team. You’ll be in the field, pulling doors with your Sales Professionals, demonstrating what great leadership looks like by getting in the trenches. Your team’s success is your success - if they’re not hitting quota, neither are you. This role is for those who embrace the grind and thrive on leading from the front, not for those who prefer to watch from the sidelines.
What we need from you:
Must live within or near your assigned region (West).
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Typically 10+ years of sales experience, including significant leadership experience managing multiple sales teams or territories.
Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is preferred.
A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations.
Strong ability to inspire and influence others, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This is a W2 leadership role with a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance to support your well-being.
Compensation in the mid $200,000 range, including a base salary for the first 24 months, and incentives tied to your region’s revenue growth and success.
