As Vice President of Partner Marketing, you will lead the global partner marketing strategy and execution for Icertis, spanning our ecosystem of cloud platform partners, global systems integrators, and regional solution providers. You will develop integrated co-marketing programs, GTM strategies, and enablement initiatives that drive brand awareness, partner engagement, pipeline growth, and customer value. A critical aspect of this role is leading the partner marketing strategy for our deepening relationship with SAP — promoting our jointly-developed solution extension, scaling field activation, enabling our GSI partners, and amplifying customer success. This is a strategic and highly cross-functional leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and it requires strong collaboration across marketing, product, alliances, and field sales. ResponsibilitiesPartner Ecosystem Marketing Leadership
- Define and lead the global partner marketing strategy across strategic alliances, cloud platforms, GSIs, and service partners to accelerate joint pipeline creation, product adoption, and brand equity.
- Develop and scale “With / To / Through” marketing motions tailored to the unique engagement models of different partner types.
- Build differentiated joint value propositions with key partners and oversee integrated GTM campaign execution with the Marketing Operations team, from awareness to enablement to demand generation.
Partner Activation
- Provide leadership oversight for the SAP Ariba Contract Intelligence by Icertis partnership, one of Icertis’ most strategic alliances.
- Design co-marketing partner campaigns focused on time-to-value acceleration, seamless adoption, and awareness of contract intelligence within SAP and MSFT ecosystems.
- Launch and scale joint initiatives across global regions and industries in coordination with tech partner field and marketing teams
- Collaborate with GSI partners on shared content development, co-branded thought leadership, joint event presence, and solution-specific customer stories.
- Track partner driven pipeline, adoption metrics, and ROI, and use insights to continuously refine programs and scale success stories.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Build and manage the global calendar for partner-focused demand generation, ensuring integration with broader Icertis campaigns and visibility to key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute multi-touch campaigns, including joint events, webinars, digital marketing, industry activations, and ABM initiatives with priority partners.
- Support field and partner enablement by developing robust toolkits—positioning guides, pitch decks, demo assets, and sales plays.
Team Management & Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Marketing professionals aligned to strategic alliances and field teams globally.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, and the Alliances team to align messaging, priorities, and go-to-market plans.
Performance Management & Insights
- Monitor and report on partner marketing performance metrics including partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, campaign ROI, partner engagement, and customer acquisition cost.
- Optimize partner marketing investments based on analytics and ROI insights to ensure strategic impact and budget efficiency.
QualificationsQualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, including 5+ years leading partner or alliance marketing for a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Proven experience building co-marketing programs with global technology partners (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce) and GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC).
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling partner-led solutions and campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of SAP’s ecosystem and GTM motions preferred.
- Strong planning, project management, and executional rigor; ability to manage complex campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive presence and ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Experience with marketing and sales tools including Salesforce, PRM platforms, marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), and campaign analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

Salary range and description
Min $240,000 - Max $340,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
