POSITION SUMMARY:
The Web Producer will collaborate cross functionally with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required to help develop and execute against the organization’s digital and web strategies.
The main responsibilities include implementing webpage builds, component configuration, digital organization and content updates supporting web enhancements for B2B and B2C websites. This individual will work closely with other members of the web production team and be strategic in providing guidance to project teams, web development teams, and other internal colleagues to execute website updates. This individual should be self-sufficient with minimal guidance.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Fulfill digital and web-related business requests in Sitecore, such as:
o Building webpages and populating them with content components
o Building navigation items
o Populating content components with copy, images, video, internal and external links
o Applying design themes
o Organizing content trees in the CMS editor
o Uploading and organizing media library and DAM assets
• Content and design updates to existing web assets, creating and publishing new landing pages, developing lead generation forms, and other digital engagement solutions.
• Develop a solid understanding of NMDP’s digital properties and identify areas for optimization or improvement.
• Develop a solid understanding of NMDP’s Sitecore implementation and the presentation/UI of related data integrations and identify areas for optimization.
• Become knowledgeable on our key audience segments and the web journeys connected to them in order to provide guidance to marketing on the best approach to leverage our tools.
• Partner with creative team members to produce digital interface designs for prototype testing, and assist with running user acceptance testing, usability testing, A/B testing and other validation methods.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and other validation methods as assigned.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, product owners, and others to determine project needs, requirements, specifications, scope and timelines.
• Document and organize project tasks and assist with web ticketing assignments.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of design, user experience, interaction design, development trends and emerging technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of:
• Experience with content management systems and digital asset management systems, specifically Sitecore.
• Basic HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and integration with back-end systems, APIs and SDKs
• Experience with digital design, user experience, and SEO best practices, tools, and methodologies
• Current on digital technologies, trends, and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with DAM best practices and management
• Solid understanding of digital and web strategy
Ability to:
• Build web designs within a content management system, leveraging coding and platform skills to modify, customize, and troubleshoot.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in digital design and usability.
• Be an advocate for the end user and their experience.
• Work independently with moderate amount of supervision.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and is a team player.
• Prioritize and organize work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in digital/web design, computer science, digital media, or related field (or equivalent experience). Prior platform experience and/or certifications may apply.
• 2+ years of experience in web content management, digital/web design and digital strategy. Experience working on digital projects from conception through production and delivery.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Knowledge and usage of artificial intelligence (AI) within workflow
• Experience working in hybrid, matrixed teams.
