As a part of the Growth and Operations team, you collaborate closely with other disciplines within DPM to understand our challenges and solve them with technical creativity.
As a key member of our automation team, you will not be shy about testing new technologies. Your role is crucial for our internal scalability, and you will learn how to execute successful technical projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Complex Automation: You will build complex automations using Low-Code platforms (specifically n8n, Make, or Zapier) to streamline workflows in sales, marketing, and operations.
AI & Outreach Optimization: You will use AI and automation tools to streamline outreach, reporting, and nurturing workflows. This includes building and managing B2B lead generation funnels that attract, qualify, and convert prospects at scale.
API Orchestration: You will connect various tools via API, specifically orchestrating data between our CRMs (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and other business tools.
AI Integration: You will utilize the Gemini API / OpenAI API to build AI Agents and integrate general AI proficiency into our daily tasks.
Tool Evaluation: You will take ownership of the comparison and evaluation of various tools against their API features, efficiency, and cost, ensuring we always use the best tech stack.
Data Visualization: You will create transparency by building dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio or Microsoft Power BI.
Documentation: You will ensure sustainability by writing technical documentations in Atlassian Confluence about the processes and automations you build.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with at least two of the following: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Clay.
Technical Skills: Experience with Python and Google Apps Script is required.
API Knowledge: Experience with CRM APIs is essential, especially the Hubspot API and Pipedrive API.
AI Experience: General AI proficiency and hands-on experience with the Gemini API or OpenAI API.
Data Tools: Experience with AirTable and Google Looker Studio (or Power BI).
Structured way of working and analytical thinking.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an agile environment.
Fluency in German and English min. B2 Level.
Based in Berlin or Munich (or remote within Germany).
