Working Student Social Media (f/m/d)

The Start2 Group is searching for a Working Student to support our marketing team with social media content. This position requires an elementary understanding of entrepreneurship, a strong ability to learn, and passion for a career working with entrepreneurs and innovators.

In this position you will

• Help us build our Instagram presence by planning and scheduling posts, stories, and reels to create an authentic and engaging profile.
• Track basic analytics and community feedback to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to generate user-generated content (UGC) and encourage them to create and share contributions.
• Maintain a content library of photos, videos, and stories for future marketing use.
• Engage with our audience (startups, mentors, and alumni) to foster a vibrant community around the brand.
  
  

• Approaches challenge in a proactive, innovative manner, combined with resilience and a deep passion for supporting startups and fostering global innovation
• Willing to learn skills in cross-cultural communication and collaboration
• Passionate about supporting global startups with expansion, scaling, and fundraising
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ideal candidates are comfortable with conversational German in a business context.
• Currently enrolled in any university, preferably in the area of business administration, entrepreneurship, or technology.
• Willing to have contract length be minimum of 6 months (ideally longer)
