This Account Executive position is a client-facing, sales role responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and Equifax engagement within the alternative finance vertical. The Account Executive must orchestrate other Equifax resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full solutions portfolio.
What you will do
Build trust – establish positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions)
Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with a select book of alternative finance and branch lending clients
Strengthen the business relationship by expanding the ways in which customer relies on Equifax as a trusted advisor
Promote a customer focus – work to understand each account’s strategic growth plans, data and technology strategy, organizational structure and the competitive landscape
Engage with clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions
Provide account leadership – work with the sales/account team to create and maintain actionable account plans that demonstrate a solid strategy toward revenue target delivery and profitable growth
Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value
Identify, develop, manage, and close customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions; drive a strong, robust sales pipeline
Collaborate with cross-functional experts internally to best align with customers and win new business opportunities
Manages contracting and contract compliance
Drives strong pipeline development and sales execution
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
7-10 years of experience exceeding sales goals as a B2B account manager, partner sales, business development or related quota-carrying sales role
Knowledge of and experience working with similar solutions: credit risk, data-driven marketing, identity and fraud, strongly preferred
Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations against revenue goals with highly complex, strategic clients
Strong executive presentation, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
Ability to travel ~10-20%

Masters or advanced degree
Experience in the branch lending or alternative finance space
Local to the Atlanta, GA or Greenville, SC area
Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $117,100.00 to $150,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%. The application window is anticipated to close on Friday, January 30, 2026.
