Position Overview

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This role requires advanced accounting expertise and the ability to lead projects while mentoring team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial statement preparation and review
  • Provide comprehensive client advisory services
  • Lead team members across departments
  • Develop and improve accounting processes
  • Analyze complex financial data
  • Communicate financial insights to clients
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards

Required Qualifications

  • CPA or Master's in Accounting
  • 5+ years accounting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Experience supervising team members

Work Environment

  • 100% remote position
  • 20-40 hours weekly (minimum 20 hours required)
  • Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time
  • Must be located in: Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas
