Position Overview

The Marketing Content Specialist (Adobe Experience Manager) is responsible for the creation and layout of web pages within Adobe Experience Manager. Content specialist will be responsible for coordinating with members of the Marketing Team and developing pages and layouts that work within the branding guidelines set up by the UI/UX team, as well as collaborating with Software Engineers to ensure that the components within Adobe Experience Manager function as expected by the Marketing teams. This role involves managing various digital assets, ensuring content quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience across brand marketing websites.

The Marketing Content Specialist, may, at their discretion, and in coordination with the Software Engineering teams, make minor modifications to specific components within Adobe Experience Manager.  

Prior Marketing experience with page layouts and best practices for both Responsive Design and proper Email formatting is required. Strong knowledge and familiarly with HTML 5 and CSS is required. Familiarity with modern open-source presentation frameworks such as Angular and Bootstrap is a plus.

Prior experience orchestrating and building out high performing web pages and email layout is preferred. This individual is expected to help build out a Marketing Content creation practice within the organization that will grow over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Developing and facilitating the creation and maintenance of Marketing content – mobile responsive web, email, and mobile first

  • Attending Scrum and regular meetings and collaborating with business analysts and members of the Marketing team to assess application requirements, and performing administrative tasks such as reporting and tracking of time and projects

  • Developing and creating Marketing Content Solutions and developing out Marketing Content Creation practice within the organization

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years’ experience with web content creation and page layouts specifically around Adobe Experience manager and Adobe Campaign (email layouts)

  • Basic understanding of accessibility, and SEO standards, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud UI & UX applications (XD, Figma, Photoshop, etc.)

  • QA web pages and layouts and ability to troubleshoot web front-end functionality and cross-browser/device issues

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer science or equivalent

  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments and collaborating in a regulated team development environment, with full separation of environment and responsibilities

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000.00 - $92,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
