Summary of Position

The Application Developer V will provide advanced support and enhancement to the company’s operational capabilities by participating in the design, development, and maintenance of proprietary and vendor-developed software systems.

Essential Job Requirements

• Participates in the entire lifecycle of software development including requirements definition, architecture, development specifications, coding, quality assurance testing, deployment, documentation, and support 
• Works closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Identifies and assists in the implementation of automated solutions to complex system issues 
• Designs the logic that produces application programs in accordance with a specified business need
• Integrates software with existing systems
• Delivers quality code while adhering to defined scopes and deadlines 
• Communicates progress, technical issues, and their resolution clearly and concisely
• Maintains and enhances existing applications. Resolves complex issues.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities, analyzes complex problems and suggests appropriate solutions 
• Some on-call support as well as after-hours installation/deployment may be expected
• Regular and timely attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of programming experience
• Experience with NET 4.0 or higher framework
• Experience in C#, .net development environment
• Experience with Web technologies such as ASP.Net, Angular, REACT JS
• Experience creating and integrating REST APIs/web services
