The Artworker role is responsible for producing digital artworks, reprographics, colour separations. The role also performs pre-flight checks on reference files.
This role is based remotely in Bangkok, Thailand
What You’ll Do
Artwork Production
- Builds artwork files in adherence with the business’ standard working practices & client’s brand rules.
- Ensures Right First Time quality performance is achieved.
Continuous Improvement
- Shares observations on process optimisation to improve quality and delivery.
- Adopts best practice and improvement actions led by the Senior Artworker.
- Participates in production initiatives.
- Participates in root cause and corrective action investigations.
Coaching & Development
- Guides and advises less experienced members of the team.
- Identifies and discusses issues with relevant team members.
What You Should Have
- Experience in packaging artwork production, design, type setting or the printing industry.
- Use of software applications used in artwork packaging production such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Understanding of print processes and reprographics application for medium complexity artworks.
- Ability to perform basic colour retouching/correction with the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Ability to interpret and follow guideline documents.
- Communication skills particularly listening, verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Team working skills.
- Time Management skills to respond to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to identify problems and offer potential solutions.
