If you’re looking for a career that actually matters—one that offers stability, growth, and the ability to work from home—this opportunity was built for you. Our team connects with members who rely on trusted information to protect their families. You’ll play a key role in helping them understand their options and feel confident in the decisions they make.
There’s no cold calling here. We work with a large network of member-based groups across the U.S. and Canada, and the people you speak with have already asked for their appointment. Your focus is on service, clarity, and delivering a smooth experience.
In this position, you’ll have a consistent workflow and daily interaction with members. You’ll be responsible for:
Scheduling and confirming consultations
Meeting with members through phone or online calls
Breaking down benefit options in a friendly, easy-to-follow way
Assisting with digital applications and simple online steps
Keeping organized notes and handling follow-up communication
Ensuring each member feels supported and informed
We’re looking for individuals who communicate well and bring professionalism to their work. You’ll do well if you have:
Strong communication and listening abilities
Basic computer and video-call skills
Reliable habits and good time management
The ability to stay organized and work independently
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—no industry experience is required.
We’re committed to developing long-term careers, not short-term jobs. You’ll receive:
Full onboarding and ongoing coaching
Weekly pay with bonus opportunities
Clear paths to leadership roles
A positive, team-oriented environment
Consistent full-time hours
Remote-work options depending on your region
