What the Job Looks Like

In this position, you’ll have a consistent workflow and daily interaction with members. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and confirming consultations

  • Meeting with members through phone or online calls

  • Breaking down benefit options in a friendly, easy-to-follow way

  • Assisting with digital applications and simple online steps

  • Keeping organized notes and handling follow-up communication

  • Ensuring each member feels supported and informed
