We are expanding our remote team to support individuals and families seeking guidance on life and supplemental insurance coverage. This position focuses on education, client support, and long-term relationship building — not high-pressure sales.
You’ll work in a fully virtual environment, connecting with people who have requested information and helping them understand protection options that align with their needs.
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients
Learn about client goals and recommend appropriate coverage options
Clearly explain products and processes in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
Assist with application completion and documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed
Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions
