Job Title: Bookkeeper (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (Atlanta-Based Client)
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000

Job Description:
Our client, a growing CPA firm based in the Atlanta area, is seeking a Remote Bookkeeper to join their team. This role will support multiple clients and is ideal for someone with a public accounting background who is comfortable managing full-cycle bookkeeping in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Communicate directly with clients regarding financial data and questions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial records

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• CPA firm or public accounting experience REQUIRED
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
• Experience with Accounting CS is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
