Overview:


A full-time, remote opportunity is available for a Corporate Account Manager in the dental industry, focusing on large account management within community-based key focus accounts. This role involves developing strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes, partnering with regional leadership, and ensuring compliance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, and develop strategic plans to optimize engagement and outcomes
  • Partner with regional leadership in patient identification initiatives and tailor processes to specific accounts
  • Facilitate quarterly/monthly business reviews to drive product utilization
  • Provide timely marketplace feedback to corporate leadership on customer trends, competitive updates, and industry issues
  • Update accounts on key payer changes impacting infusion processes
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to meet product objectives
  • Operate within compliance standards


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of dental sales or DSO experience highly preferred
  • Experience in P&L management at the national account level, including creating and executing business plans
  • Healthcare account experience preferred, with a focus on building C-suite and regional business relationships
  • Ability to understand and present clinical information
  • Must reside in the defined geography
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving history
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 60%-70%


Compensation:

  • Starting pay range: $90K - $135K annually, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and location
