This part time position is conducted remotely, offering flexibility and work-life balance. However, it is essential that the successful candidate resides within the state of Queensland.
As Corporate Services Officer – Finance, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase orders
- Reconciling credit card transactions
- Processing accounts payable
- Preparing monthly reporting statements
In addition to these core tasks, you will assist with general administrative functions within the team. A strong understanding of financial policies and procedures is required, along with a commitment to ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
