Dentist Recruiter

Every great practice starts with the right dentist in the chair. In this role you find, engage, and place dentists with practices and labs across the country, turning conversations into hires that last. This is a full-time, remote, 1099 independent contractor role.

Performance Objectives

• Source dentists through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, and build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates for licensure, clinical skills, practice fit, and compensation expectations before presenting them.
• Present strong candidates to client practices and coordinate interviews, working interviews, and follow-up.
• Guide offers and negotiations through to signed agreements and start dates.
• Keep candidate and client records current in our applicant tracking system.
• Stay in regular contact with placed dentists and clients to support retention and repeat business.

Environment & Resources

You work remotely as part of i4 Search Group's dental recruiting team, which serves dental offices and dental laboratories nationwide on a contingency basis. You have our ATS, job-board access, and an experienced team behind you.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or the dental industry; dental or healthcare recruiting is a strong plus.
• Comfort with phone-heavy outreach and building relationships with doctors and practice owners.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage your own pipeline and schedule.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Reliable computer, internet, and a quiet place to work.
