Responsibilities

Website Development (WordPress)
- Build and manage multiple websites across our brands
- Ensure sites are fast, mobile-optimized, and conversion-friendly
- Manage forms, chat tools, analytics, and lead tracking systems

SEO + GEO Optimization
- Execute on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies
- Manage Google Business Profiles and local listings
- Create keyword-optimized content and landing pages

Paid Ads Management
- Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Google LSAs
- Optimize ad spend, conversions, and lead quality
- Track performance, run A/B tests, and adjust strategy based on data

Digital Strategy & Reporting
- Monitor analytics via GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Recommend and implement new tools and strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and drive growth
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing and WordPress site management
- Proven track record managing SEO and paid ad campaigns with strong ROI

Proficient in:
- WordPress (Elementor, Web Flow, Divi, etc.)
- Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Strong communicator and project manager
- Experience in recruiting, franchising, or home services industries is a plus
