Position Overview
The Digital Project Manager will play a central role in driving the successful delivery of marketing, creative, and technology projects for our clients. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously—balancing timelines, budgets, and resources—while ensuring seamless communication between clients and cross-functional internal teams.
Project Management Excellence
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the development and implementation of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Coordination: Ensure cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, aligning resources to meet project goals.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring transparent and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards for deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators, sharing insights with leadership to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing digital, marketing, creative, or technology projects in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to navigate client and internal conversations effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production, and/or web development processes.
- Adept at managing competing priorities, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (PMP or similar certification is a plus).
- Experience in marketing or advertising agency environments.
- Understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and creative asset production workflows.
- Comfort with analytics, reporting, and making data-driven recommendations.
What We Offer
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
