We unify the core functionalities of cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management into a single, intuitive platform.

The Role
As our Director of User Experience (UX), you will be the champion of user-centered design at Flare, ensuring that our platform is as intuitive, powerful, and elegant as it is technically advanced. You will define the long-term UX vision, elevate the craft of design across the organization, and ensure that our customers—from security analysts to CISOs—can leverage Flare with clarity and confidence.
You’ll lead a team of product designers and researchers, embedding UX at the heart of our product strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll have substantial influence on the future of Flare’s product and play a decisive role in making cybersecurity more accessible, impactful, and human.
