We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to help drive growth across key customer touchpoints. You’ll manage and optimize our email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo and oversee Shopify operations across three stores. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on wearing multiple hats and has a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, customer journeys, and e-commerce operations.
Own all Klaviyo campaigns, automated flows, transactional messages, and push notifications.
Manage lifecycle segmentation for different audience types (new, returning, VIP, at-risk, etc.).
Launch A/B tests and continually optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Work with design and creative to develop compelling email templates and SMS creatives.
Ensure all campaigns comply with email/SMS best practices, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
Administer three Shopify storefronts: main DTC site, B2B wholesale portal, and team/affiliate store.
Manage product uploads, merchandising, collections, tagging, and content updates.
Collaborate with design and operations to ensure a consistent, on-brand customer experience.
Coordinate cross-functional launches and promotional campaigns on site.
Build and refine the end-to-end customer journey from lead acquisition to loyalty and winback.
Support the development of a future loyalty or referral program.
Partner with marketing and product to surface key moments and messaging opportunities across the funnel.
Collaborate with design, ops, and customer support to align product launches and seasonal promotions.
Lead campaign timelines across email, SMS, and Shopify merchandising for key drops or tentpoles.
Contribute to process improvements across lifecycle marketing and ecommerce operations.
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing
Proficiency with Klaviyo and Shopify (multi-store experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to dive into new tools and tasks
Bonus: Experience supporting B2B e-commerce or sports/lifestyle brands
