Job Description:
Join a dynamic, fast-growing fintech SaaS as a Finance & Accounts Assistant, directly supporting the CFO and external bookkeepers. This pivotal role ensures the smooth, accurate, and timely processing of all day-to-day finance operations, from accounts payable/receivable to payroll and month-end reporting, contributing significantly to the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

What you will do:

• Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payment runs

• Oversee accounts receivable, raising sales invoices, allocating receipts, and chasing overdue balances

• Provide comprehensive support for month-end close, posting journals, reconciling key accounts, and assisting with management accounts

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role, ideally within an SME or fintech

• Demonstrates solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, reconciliations, and proficiency in Xero

• Is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating the demands of a fast-paced scale-up environment
