We are seeking a Finance Analyst – Corporate Performance to join the Corporate Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Corporate & Investor Relations. This role is a key position that supports both Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and market communication support. This is a high-exposure role, offering direct involvement in executive decision-making and the creation of market-facing deliverables.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support monthly actuals, forecasting and budgeting for Corporate cost centres across multiple functions. 
• Prepare variance analysis, performance commentary and executive-level cost centre reporting packs.
• Maintain and enhance corporate overhead models, headcount tracking and FP&A templates.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders to improve forecasting discipline, cost transparency and decision support. 
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality.

Investor Relations & Market Communication Support

• Work closely with the Senior Finance Manager to prepare external materials, including data verification for earnings releases, trading updates and investor presentations.
• Maintain and update the internal consensus model, including broker estimate tracking, variance analysis and monitoring of market expectations.
• Provide Q&A briefing support by collating financial analysis, performance context and supporting data to assist in the development of analyst and investor Q&A briefs for results announcements and market releases.

Data, Insights & Executive Support

• Ensure integrity of financial data through reconciliations, validation and structured review processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision making and corporate initiatives.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A, IR and Strategy teams to embed insights across reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong working relationships with Finance peers, Corporate functions leaders and the cost centre owners.
• Support consistent financial messaging and a high standard of reporting across executive and external materials. 
• Operate confidently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

• 3+ years’ experience in consulting, Big 4 audit, CFO advisory, FP&A, commercial finance or similar analytical roles.
• CA/CPA qualified (or currently studying toward qualification).
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines.
• Exposure to executive-level or market-facing materials is advantageous. 
• Experience with ERP and EPM tools (SAP, TM1, OneStream or similar) is desirable.
