Description

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to be the right hand to our CFO and a critical force in scaling our finance function. This role is ideal for someone who has strong FP&A and sales finance chops, is quick on the uptake, and thrives in a high-growth environment. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive forecasting, reporting, and performance insights across the business. If you're highly analytical, proactive, and eager to roll up your sleeves, this job is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the monthly forecasting process, partnering with sales and operations to understand key business drivers
  • Drive monthly variance analysis, identifying key insights and areas of risk/opportunity for leadership
  • Support the sales team with performance analysis, customer-level insights, trade spend visibility, and profitability metrics
  • Own core financial models and dashboards, constantly iterating to improve speed, clarity, and usability
  • Partner with accounting on actuals during the close to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Work directly with the CFO on ad hoc strategic projects, board materials, and KPI development
  • Build scalable financial processes and models to support a fast-moving Series D company


Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, sales finance, or investment banking / consulting with operational finance exposure
  • Experience in both larger and smaller companies (startup or Series C/D+ a plus)
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel/Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite a plus
  • Exceptionally fast learner with a strong sense of ownership 
  • Proven ability to dive into ambiguity, identify the crux of an issue, and bring solutions
  • Strong communicator with the maturity to interface confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
