As an Analyst, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing operating analytics and identifying and implementing strategic growth opportunities. Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Quickly gain an understanding of principal growth drivers and key metrics
Develop and enhance the value of analytics and reporting around key business drivers
Provide thought partnership, as well as analytical and strategic guidance to departmental leaders and teammates in the field
Understanding of the healthcare landscape and the policies and conditions that are changing current healthcare dynamics
Ability to read news and stay abreast of the implications of current events on the business
Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication
Build relationships across teams to validate and pursue strategies
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking experience, and will closely reflect the attributes mentioned below:
1-4+ years of relevant experience in an analytical or strategic decision support role.
Ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run analyses.
Strong sense of accountability; passion for owning projects and driving them to completion.
A combination of innovative thinking and the ability to question the status quo to generate “outside the box” analytics and strategy.
Aptitude for "seeing the big picture" in addition to crunching the numbers.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences.
Desire to work as a part of a team but also the ability to independently manage workload and priorities.
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills .
SQL skills strongly preferred.
MS Access skills strongly preferred.

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00 - $84,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hourWashington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
