Job Description:

The Financial Analyst II is a key contributor within CSI’s Finance organization, responsible for delivering accurate financial models, insightful analyses, and data‑driven recommendations that support strategic decision‑making across the company. This role combines technical expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Power BI) with strong FP&A fundamentals to drive forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial transparency.

In this role, you can:

  • Support CSI’s financial strategy by producing high‑impact financial intelligence—enabling leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions that drive operational excellence and long‑term business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.

  • Apply forecasting methodologies such as trend analysis, regression, scenario modeling, and driver‑based forecasting.

  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles.

  • Perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods).

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and board‑level insights.

  • Apply GAAP accounting principles to financial analysis and reporting.

  • Extract and analyze large datasets using SQL; use Python for automation and advanced analytics.

  • Develop Power BI dashboards that deliver interactive insights.

  • Improve reporting efficiency through process automation.

  • Work with ERP and planning systems such as Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.

Team & Organizational Placement

  • You will join a collaborative Finance team that partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business leadership.

  • The team values analytical rigor, empowerment, and organizational agility to support CSI’s long‑term financial strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience in FP&A or financial analyst roles.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI.

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance‑analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Financials and/or Adaptive Planning.

  • Experience supporting Board‑level reporting.

  • Background in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments.
