Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting reimbursement operations through detailed financial analysis and system-based reporting. Prepares financial analysis in support of business, accounting, and financial processes. Works collaboratively with finance partners, operational teams, and other departments.

Job Duties:

  • Prepares financial analysis, reports, and/or accounting processes for assigned functions, which may include general ledger transactions, account analysis and reconciliations, revenue and contracts, transformation, volume and statistical metrics, or other areas of focus.
  • Develops financial tools and templates to support business and financial processes, analytical capabilities, and activity tracking.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation of analytical processes.
  • Ensures that all work is performed in an auditable fashion.
  • Continuously refines and automates department procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Develops strong finance and business partner relationships to understand needs and provide actionable analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas) is essential
  • Introduction to Medicare and Pennsylvania Medicaid cost reporting regulations, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.
