Job Overview:
This role will be essential to producing financial statements. Will assist with the supervision and coordination of the accounting operations of the hotel portfolio. Compiles, reviews, reconciles, prepares, and analyzes entries to facilitate proper bookkeeping. Assist with the process of financial statements and other reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
Essential Job Functions:
· Reconcile bank accounts through daily postings, accruals, prepaids, credit cards, various general ledger accounts, and bank statements to ensure accurate financial information is available.
· Handles all accounts payables payments and ensure accounts receivable and payable are In order by entering Invoices, applying payments, reconciling statements etc. Works closely with the Corporate Director of Finance to ensure balance sheet workbooks are up to date with accurate information, and Compiles monthly financial packets to distribute to Corporate and Investors
· Investigate, resolve, and respond to property team needs and provide adequate support.
· Undertakes ad hoc duties and projects as needed, bringing a flexible and innovative approach to solving problems as they arise in accounting and finance.

● Salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
