What You Bring:
Completed degree in business administration, ideally with focus on human resources or comparable qualification
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources with significant exposure to recruiting and strategic human resources partnership
Experience in conducting assessments and development centres
Solid knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining and compliance
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a global mindset
Data-driven, outcomes-oriented and strong analytical skills excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
High flexibility and hands-on mentality
Language competencies: English, B2, or the capability to achieve this within the first 6 months
