  • Drive global Employer Branding Activities

  • Development and management of a structured succession plan

  • Supporting the roll-out of a comprehensive compensation and global job infrastructure strategy

  • Definition of HR KPIs and establishment of a data and people analytics structure

  • Accompanying and supporting managers and employees during change processes

What You Bring:

  • Completed degree in business administration, ideally with focus on human resources or comparable qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources with significant exposure to recruiting and strategic human resources partnership

  • Experience in conducting assessments and development centres

  • Solid knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining and compliance

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a global mindset

  • Data-driven, outcomes-oriented and strong analytical skills excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration

  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working

  • High flexibility and hands-on mentality

  • Language competencies: English, B2, or the capability to achieve this within the first 6 months
